DIGITAL MARKETING / SOCIAL MEDIA

Be a familiar name when they need you.

Your work, your people and your knowledge give customers reasons to remember you. I turn that into a practical social media plan, so keeping your pages active doesn’t become another evening job.

Let’s talk about your marketing

Show the work you want more of.

Project photos, useful tips and customer questions can show what you do well. We’ll focus on content that reflects your business and the customers you’re trying to reach.

A manageable rhythm, with your approval.

I handle agreed planning, writing and scheduling. You provide the business knowledge, current offers and real photos I can’t invent. You approve content before it goes out, with the posting frequency matched to your plan.

Give each post a purpose.

Some posts build familiarity. Others explain a service, answer a question or invite an enquiry. We’ll review the response and use it to shape future content. Paid promotion can support this where it makes sense, with advertising spend agreed separately.

You already have the raw material.

The questions customers ask, the jobs you complete and the details you notice in your work can all become useful content. A short explanation of a common problem may help someone recognise when they need you. A real project can show the kind of work you would like to do more of. I help turn that material into clear posts in a voice that fits your business. You do not need to become a full-time content creator, but a steady supply of current photos and small updates makes the content more specific and believable.

A content plan with room for real life.

We agree on the channels, themes and publishing rhythm your monthly allowance can support. I prepare the planned posts for approval, with enough context for you to check the details. If an offer, deadline or availability changes, let me know so the content can be adjusted. The plan can include a mix of recent work, practical advice, introductions and service reminders. The balance depends on your customers and goals. Community management, message handling and paid promotion are discussed explicitly rather than assumed to be unlimited.

Look for a response that means something.

Likes can tell us that something caught attention, but they do not tell the whole story. We can also review visits to your pages, website interest and enquiries where the information is available, alongside what customers tell you. If a theme attracts interest from people who fit your business, we can build on it. If the effort is not helping a useful goal, we can change the content or put more of your allowance toward another priority.

ONE PLAN. THE RIGHT PRIORITIES.

The same services.
A pace that suits you.

Every plan draws on the same services. The difference is how much work happens each month, and how fast we move through your priorities.

Clear scope before we start

We agree on the priorities and what can realistically be completed each month. Larger projects can be spread across several months or moved forward faster with a larger plan.

Questions about social media

Do I need to post every day?

No. We will choose a manageable rhythm that fits your audience, the material available and your plan. A useful, sustainable approach matters more than filling every day.

Will you answer comments and messages?

We can discuss whether this belongs in the scope and how handovers should work. It is not automatically included as unlimited customer support.

Can I approve everything first?

Yes. The planned content is prepared for your approval before publishing. You can correct details and flag changes in the business.
